CLI сonferences
The conference
that shapes the sector
Since our first conference in 1995, CLI’s vibrant triennial conferences have become a staple event on the interpreting and translating calendar bringing together interpreters, researchers, and policy makers from 40+ countries.
The latest research from leading thinkers. Driving progress for language access and community interpreting.
A rich mix of perspectives across industries, cultures, and continents. All coming together to share, learn and connect.
Collective passion and expertise working towards shared goals. Improving standards, increasing capability, and building awareness.
Planning underway for CLI 10
The CLI team is working hard behind the scenes, and we can’t wait to see you again!
We are rebuilding momentum after the disruption of COVID-19 and are excited to bring our community together again with the hopeful timeframe of 2028.
As a volunteer-run organisation, CLI conferences are made possible through the generosity of partner organisations and the support of passionate volunteers. As such, we’re actively seeking expressions of interest from parties who would like to assist.
We are seeking
- Countries, organisations, and institutions interested in hosting
- Individuals interested in volunteering
- Partners interested in providing financial and in-kind support
- Presenters and researchers interested in programming
Express your interest
We’d love to hear from you!
